Jürgen Brüder - Guitars
Jürgen spent his childhood in the dark forests at the foot of the Koralm. So far away from civilization that even his language seems to be rather strange to the other band members. Even though he seems to have a lot of talents!
A certain talent for music was found by his parents in his early years. Young Jürgen showed a lot of interest in such great musical events like "Musikantenstadl". His parents decided to buy their son, among other instruments, a drum set for children. They regret their decision soon after. Only a few days later, they tried to lead their son in the direction of instruments with volume switches.
At the age of 8 he was allowed to start learning keyboard. In those 4 years of learning keyboard, Jürgen couldn't bring up a lot of passion for that instrument. After all, it was his father that brought him to the harder side of music. Well, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
After his frustrating experience with learning keyboard he tripped over his fathers old acoustic guitar. From that moment on, he started to learn strict autodidactic. But, in contrast to playing keyboard, he soon discovered a certain passion for the guitar. Soon he bought his first electric guitar and started his first band Plethora. Plethora wasn't a hell of a success in the 2 years of its existence. So they broke up. After being in some other bands, he decided to found Heathen Foray in the autumn of 2005.
